2 T flour
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup Panko (Konrad says Italian style!)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/2 inch thickness)
2T melted butter
1. Prepare 3 plates for flour, Panko&Parmesan and eggs
2. Coat chicken with flour, roll in egg and then in Panko
3. Bake for 20-30 min
