Mix flour, butter and water like pie crust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pat in two strips (or ring) 3 inches wide on greased cookie sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat 1C water and 1\/2C butter to boil, remove from stove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour boiled butter and water into mixer.
