We did not prepare the dressing as the recipe suggests instead we used Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.<\/h1>\n<div>4 cups mixed salad greens (I use leaf lettuce, endive and radiccio)<br \/>\n2 cups dried sweetened cranberries<br \/>\n8 ounces crumbled feta cheese<br \/>\n1 cup walnut pieces, toasted<br \/>\n4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons honey<br \/>\n2 teaspoons Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>1. Toss greens, cranberries, cheese and walnuts in large bowl.<br \/>\n2. Mix vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.<br \/>\n3. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until well blended.<br \/>\n4. Pour over salad; toss to coat.<br \/>\n5.
