Weights of pills

You have 5 jars of pills. Each pill weighs 10 gram, except for contaminated pills contained in one jar, where each pill weighs 9 gm. Given a scale, how could you tell which jar had the contaminated pills in just one measurement?

Weigh 1A +2B + 3C + 4D.

If the weight is 100 then the lighter pills are in jar E. If the weight is lighter then:

If the weight is 99 it is in A.
If the weight is 98 it is in B.
If the weight is 97 it is in C.
if the weight is 96 it is in D.
