The Ave is a street that runs through the retail district that caters
to the myriad needs of the University of Washington's student body. Do
not be confused by the fact that the ``Ave'' is actually a ``Way'',
and indeed runs perpendicular to all the other Avenues in the city.
An artificial intelligence professor at the University once remarked
that one could easily write a program to find an espresso cart on the
Ave:
- Go to the Ave.
- Start moving in any direction.
- Stop when you reach an espresso cart.
I have even heard rumors of a proof that this an optimal algorithm.
